I have been going consistently for the past 3 weeks to get to know the neighborhoods , but I 've seen so many vacant houses that it caught my attention , especially on the north and west areas ( low income would be  the spectrum of  my investments )

We have a go-to electrician and have been through several heating and cooling companies- it is hard to find anyone who can work on boilers consistently, and half our properties have boilers.Our rentals are a 15 minute drive away, and it's an odd week if I am not driving by at least once.
