@Ray Thorsen I do not know this rep, but he has cold called me stating he has specific plans to incorporate RE into a diverse portfolio. 

You will likely be working with the commercial loan person, so that's who you will want to ask for when you call (referrals from other investors are even better so that you don't have a cold call).
