Duplex Westside of Houston

I am looking at properties on west side of Houston right on the energy corridor to invest, looking at BRRR strategy. What do you all think of Duplex within Houston say between the beltway and 610. Buy rehab, furnish & rent. There are literally no reasonable SFH in that side of town .

Aravind Sri there are definitely SFH's in 77042. I just saw two of them come across my desk last week. They are going to be pricier than those north of I10. You should get on some of the large wholesalers' lists.
