I've been enjoying this thread for 15 minutes now; between investing in one of Cardone's offerings, or putting cash in an index fund, REIT, CD, investment property, or on black at the roulette table, I'd choose any of the latter over the former.

The white kitchen thing was big about 10 years ago or more in SoCal, then white/black, then it went to gray.....White is kind of timeless though and always a good choice...

Maybe I'm to black and white, but if I have a pet fee I expect to be told and paid for the pet that comes.

Ie no I don't allow them to paint he whole house black but yes to putting fans in all the rooms.

I have lived here for 8 years and the place is completely falling apart, ie electrical, plumbing, black mold, etc.  

It was a white house and when we saw black wires running horizontal down the length of our building and vertically up to the second floor, on the outside of the building, we had a fit.

It sucks because this gives the industry a black eye. 

At the end of the day, if the property is in the black then you will be fine, you're just feeling the harsh reality of being investment poor and no emergency fund capital to weather the storm.
