At the very least, hire a property manager for your deployment and leave a trusted family member in charge of handling any decisions that may come up while you have limited access to your phone.

You'll probably be deleted for advertising or something by a VA, but it's good to see that they're pulling back on the initial pause... they probably realize that paying 50 employees to answer the phone and tell people they aren't lending is not making them any money.

I've been on the phone with all 3 mortgage companies..

We didn't talk too specifically about how much of the wall would be parged, but I'd think that just around the gas line and the broken brick would make the most sense.

You could do a separate charge for water, sewer, trash, however you need it broken down.
