I just got word the Governor Little has signed our bill today that simplifies and unifies landlord evictions.  basically it says that you don't have to wait for a moving company to come anymore, that you can do it after 3 days of court victory. Keep in mind that there are laws about vehicles and high valued items that will have leins on them.  It becomes law July 1.  Thanks to the many landlords too helped on this. Many wrote emails and made phone calls.  Everyone wins. The cost of doing business will be lower which means lower rents for the tenants. The hassles will be less because it's easier after you win in court.  Thanks to everybody who helped.
