But now, I use an internal skip tracing service through REI Rail which has given me really good match rates.Pratik, thanks for the lead to this software, i have never heard of REI Rail but ill be sure to check it out now. what lists are you targeting in your local area that are working for you.

A provider who will be there to help respond to an IRS audit or compliance check is also recommended.

I don't use TLO but it looks like any other SAAS software where you create an account, log into a portal and then send whomever an invite to do the credit check and then the website would share that with you.

It is something that you should track the details/progress throughout the year.The IRS may require a log of the hours spent in the case of an audit.

He told me to switch it over to a Multi member LLC two months ago, but didn't have a full explanation why.Are Multi member llc's less likely to be audited than single possibly?

Our PM uses software called RenTec which tracks a lot of things.So, what I discovered is some painting which we paid for in the laundry room that was never done, a hot water heater that was replaced 2 1/2 years after our initial renovation which included a new hot water heater (yes, they were both done). 

Does anyone have any good property/house screeners where you can input conditions and the screener will output results that meet those requested conditions?

Turbo Tax is a good software.  

And is there a go to PM software for something like this?
