401k money for investment

Is there a way to use 401k saving to invest with out getting taxed so much??

You can take a loan up to $50k and pay it back (if you're with the same company) as long as your expected return is higher than the loan interest (loan interest for a 401k is usually very low and you pay that interest back to yourself so it's definitely a win). If you changed companies, you can do a rollover to a self directed IRA and invest that money without taking a loan.
