We are switching the project management software in our company. Which project management software is your favorite? We are Apartment owners, we purchase and rehab apartment complexes here in Arizona. We are looking for software where we can run multiple projects at the same time.

Just checked out Click Up and it looks pretty powerful.

Maybe I'm just not tech savvy enough, but my biggest complaint with all of these project management softwares (Asana, Trello, Clickup, etc.) is that they have SO MANY functionalities and features it's easy to get lost in the software.

I'm sure there are 'power users' out there that find all of these bells and whistles handy, but I question whether the average rehabber needs 90% of the features they provide?

I would argue you really only need 5 components for Rehab Project Management:

  1. Estimation & Budgeting - Tool to help estimate construction costs & create a Scope of Work
  2. Gantt Scheduling - Tool to build timelines of major project tasks, milestones and deadlines
  3. Task Management - Tool to manage day-to-day tasks and to-dos
  4. Overall Calendar - Tool that populates all of your Schedules & Tasks into one Calendar view (ideally integrates w/ Google Calendar)
  5. Budget/Expense Tracking - Tool to track your actual project costs against your initial budget

Everything else seems unnecessary in my opinion.
