Hey allI have learned the hard way the difference in OH rental market vs, other places like Vegas.I have a excellent management company in Las Vegas, they get the job done and they dont over charge.Unfortunately the OH rental market has proved different, a lot of turn overs and non pays and greedy management company.So my question is :Do you have a good management company you can recommend in OH?

We had (have) this exact same thing in Las Vegas.

If anybody has invested into those kind of properties in Las Vegas in the last year or so please write a bit on your perspective and decision making strategy to make the purchase. 

Will a casino fix things?

Here is my situation… I currently live in Las Vegas, I have 130k to invest, and zero debt.

It's been 40 years since I was in Las Vegas. 

I am in Las Vegas however the property is in Detroit,MI and needs ALOT of work.

Hey Guys- Newbie investor here Looking to get advice from people investing multifamily or SF in Parahmp, Mesquite about how did they find this market and has they seen better returns, deals, tenants in those areas which are around an hour from Vegas. 

Saw a different post where you responded to a football player and curious to know how you reached 12k passive income a month from $250k cash investment I myself just put $300k into an apartment building in Las Vegas my cost with fees $1,175,000 I’m holding a note for $862k at 4.75 pay insurance 600 a month management $400 a month taxes $400 a month this is a 20 unit at 550 a door 18 units currently leased I figure this only nets me $5k this doesn’t even consider misc maintenance
