Hey everyone,My name is Travis Bresnahan and I am in my final semester of university studying computer science with a focus in cyber forensics, policy, and law. 

My name is Roman, and I'm a 19-year-old full-time sophomore college student at the University of Texas at Arlington pursuing a bachelor's degree in nursing.

I will hire experience over a degree every time; a "workings man Ph.D. is more valuable than any university degree.A newly minted degree is just a piece of paper that indicates someone may have been provided basic knowledge and a toolset in a particular discipline and were able to complete a task.

There are tons of cool little neighborhoods that are boom (Coventry, Cedar-Lee, Cedar-Fairmount) It is also really close to University Circle.

I think few RE investors have filled out a cap expense worksheet and almost universally underestimate the cap expense.  

We are developers and currently developing some prime property with 27 town homes, our property boarders a major park, university and large government agency that's growing and 2.5 min from major shopping centers. 

I'm currently graduating Texas Tech University and moving to Austin, TX in January to start my new full-time role in a tech company.

You could do STRs for traveling nurses, people coming to universities for various reasons etc.

Geographically close to downtown and the University of Cincinnati.
