Newbie from Bedford, Texas

My name is Roman, and I'm a 19-year-old full-time sophomore college student at the University of Texas at Arlington pursuing a bachelor's degree in nursing. I became interested in real estate after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad, and have read many investing books since then. I came to BiggerPockets looking for expert advice in REI, particularly with regards to wholesaling because I have little money and no line of credit.

While I'm sure I don't have even a quarter of the knowledge of many people here, I'm an extremely quick and voracious learner, and avid when it comes to learning about investing in general. Like most of you, I'd like to build my wealth passively so that I don't have to rely solely on a day job (or possibly not have to have a day job at all).
