I self manage, use the same software that Michael does, and it’s very easy.

I suggest getting a bookkeeping software such as quickbooks.

But now, I use an internal skip tracing service through REI Rail which has given me really good match rates.Pratik, thanks for the lead to this software, i have never heard of REI Rail but ill be sure to check it out now. what lists are you targeting in your local area that are working for you.
