I'm new to REI, and in most posts it seems imperative to have an attorney create the contracts, but with low funds and it costing a decent amount of money to have an attorney create a contract, I was wondering if it's possible for the first deal to write your own contract using templates found online?

I recently used both SoFi and Discover, both did the pre-qualification on-line stating what my amount, rate and payment would be. 

I've taken and passed the series 65 exam so I can provide proof of accreditation easily.

Answers that "danced around" questions regarding previous dispossessory filings/evictions often shown (through online checks) that this person had a number of these.I'm assuming your screening will not be limited to just what this person put down on the application. 

I am soon to take my NC real estate exam and am trying to get other peoples opinions of the best place or people to go with for my post licensing.

Attend the class, pass the exam,and then apply for a license and start working for the brokerage.

Your licensing process will be about $600 between the pre-exam prep course and the licensing fee itself.
