Is it possible to create your own wholesale contracts in VA?
I'm new to REI, and in most posts it seems imperative to have an attorney create the contracts, but with low funds and it costing a decent amount of money to have an attorney create a contract, I was wondering if it's possible for the first deal to write your own contract using templates found online? Trying to get started in NOVA
