Uncharted waters so not sure what we can and can’t do as landlords but just my opinion.

When waters get choppy there is typically a flight to more safety and experience for guidance on how to navigate and succeed.Even if the technical side was built out to perfection with a program real estate brokers and agents would still be needed.

Find out if any Developer paid for Goodies must be thrown the city's way (for this project)--new traffic lights, road widening, water/sewer size increases, etc...8.

We had issues with our hot water heater that took almost 2 weeks and a lot of money out of our pocket.

These are obviously uncharted waters, and I want to be respectful to my tenants (and keep them safe) while also getting my unit rented.
