From my understanding, evictions have been stopped for those who have lost their job, had hours cut, or been sick during this pandemic.

Even though that Tenant Cloud has additional features, the simplicity of Cozy is what gives it an edge. 

The last few years I am trying to build up my investing mentality, while building up my wealth by saving up, cutting expenses, investing in the stock market, building a cash generating photovoltaic, playing with credit cards points and stuff.Now that are cash reserves are good and our son is 3 months old, we decided to stop procrastinating and take action.So recently went to a local meet up, through "meetup" app, which hosted by an investor the last few years.

Id say my goal is to earn enough from rental income that my wife could leave her job or at least cut back.  

I assign it for $30,000 now the buyer is coming back to me and saying the lender will only be able to lend at $125,000 cutting my $30,000 deal. 

Hi Mike,If it were mine, I'd paint the house white (because that might make it look a little bigger) with a conservative blue trim.I'd cut the tree branches above the windows on the tree in front of the house.Put some nice new house numbers on it, trim the shrubs and do something with the sidewalk, possibly pavers like in the pic below (if the neighborhood was appropriate for it--if not probably pour a new walkway).

For other properties I am still getting requests for showings, but take safety precautions when doing so.

While I get that people are stressed (especially those who have cut hours and even job loss) it's also a time to make things happen in those events. 

I'm already getting notices from Chicago HMLs cutting back significantly, thus making cash even more crucial to make future moves.
