A developer, flipper, or wholesaler are considered to be "dealers" meaning they are like a store with product on the shelve, that they sell. 

Or they can go to a jewelry store and drop $10K to buy a beautiful diamond ring.How many people who say one should only watch videos and read posts crafted their wedding rings?

The lease says you are not allowed to store belongings in the common space.

There were a lot of retail stores that thought that was fundamental until Amazon came and wiped them out as well.  

I preferred  to take leverage because I could buy smaller properties (condo, SFH, townhouse etc.) for cash but not a 6 unit apartment building or a commercial 5 store unit for cash.

The store front has a 2 year lease that we intend to honor while we decide if we are going to use the space ourselves or continue leasing it out so at this time we are only updating the apartment.
