If you already own a park and are looking for ways to cut expenses and pump up revenue, you're bound to learn something and make it worthwhile if the presenters are experts on running mobile home parks.If the point of someone's boot camp is that participants are buying their way into a network with the promise of deals on the horizon, I'm less thrilled about that.

If I bought a $100k note for $50k and cut the interest from 10% to 5%, I would think the borrower would be thrilled, and I'm effectively still making around 10% on my money, as I'd be earning 5% on $100k, but I'd only have $50k invested.

As a result, I have learned about the Bigger Pockets community and am thrilled to be part of it.

Instead of recarpeting,  we want to do tile and the tenant is thrilled about this.  

Hardwood floor afficionados, hardliners and enthusiasts might not like that approach of covering the hardwood floors, but I must say, they look great, and from a tenant's perspective, they are thrilled with having nice, gleaming, hardwood floors.

The new tenants were thrilled and understood that they would not be getting new carpet, but that the deposit would be to cover any wall damage only and they were off the hook for carpet problems other than the cleaning that I would expect all human tenants to do.
