Beginner MHP investor looking for exceptional study materials

I'm trying to learn everything I can before buying my first MHP. I'm reading everything I can get my hands on including books by Jamie Smith, Lonnie Scruggs, etc. For those of you who have traveled this path before, can you recommend what MHP resources/materials/study courses that you feel are exceptional and comprehensive in scope and that would provide me with all the knowledge that I need to make an educated decision on buying a MHP? Some of the study courses that I see advertised are VERY pricey ($600-1000, or more), but may be worth it, for all I know. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

@Bill W. what if it led directly to a deal that brought you over $18k/month in cashflow?! I have just such a deal on my desk and am just sent it to my MHP/RV park buyers list. Owner financing and 15% cap rate to boot. $2k is well worth it for serious investors. You also know that folks there have paid that amount and are pretty serious too.
