Is there an app out there that will let me document repairs and maybe even allow me to use my camera to image search various things that might need repair and estimate costs in my area?

Solution 1: Plumbing company ran the camera and quote 12k to dig up and replace all underground pipes with PVC from the store to the main drain and all pipes outside to the main drain.

You should have a set policy in place for these fines.Also can you lock up your router so that the wifi and your cameras can not be so easily defeated?
