New to this whole thing
Hi, I'm so new to the idea of real estate investing that I'm only half way through the How to Invest in Real Estate book. I have a lot to learn, but, I think I may be in an area that has a lot of outside real estate investors buying property.
If anyone would like me to be their man on the inside, I could go look at properties and act as your eyes and ears, take picture or do video calls during my walk through. I would start to get insight on what investors are looking for, and you would have a pretty objective person looking at the property instead of some realitor that may not point the camera at all the spots. Hit me up if you're interested, thanks
