Everyone that knows me knows that the way to my head (or my heart) is through my stomach :D

I passed because I felt like I would have been investing in his death and I could not stomach that.

But, I have no stomach for skirting the occupancy rules; I want to do this correctly and ethically.

When you start to stretch out or periods like 10-20 years (especially 20) you can't ignore compounded rate of return on those initial years.You also have to look if (from a cash-flow perspective) you can stomach a downturn.  

And you're already sweating the illegal rehab, so i doubt you have the stomach for an illegal rental too.In reality, would you get caught?

Not sure if anyone has experienced this but I have a couple times and that call makes my stomach turn over and my palms sweaty.   

I love being virtually debt free and not sure I have the stomach for being a serious investor.

Also, if you were to find your dream property, do you have the stomach to go up against 20 other bidders?

If you can't stomach the worst-case scenario or don't have a strong enough financial position or income to get you through mistakes (likely to come early in an investing career), I might hold off for a while.Honestly, my best recommendation is to start getting really active at in-person meetups.

You may have better luck with a refi Agreed, getting harder and harder to BRRRR, rates on investment properties, even conventionally financed are stomach-turning.
