a lot off shops charge cheap but their polishing and installation is also cheap. so in most off cases you get what you pay for.In NJ there is a lot off wholesalers you can buy a slab and do your own fabrication .a slab costs between 500 to 800.

The polishing is the trickier part, especially if you want a bull-nose etc type of finish.

So your trying to buy 100k properties I am buying a 100k car.. and the salesmen is selling me a 100k car. and I assume he is making a commission.. but not the normal care sales routine but very professional and polished.. so that's what I am saying get professional and get poslished know what the heck your doing then send out your mailers and close the heck out of them and make a bunch of money.

I think I'd like to look into when the carpet needs replacing to remove all the carpet and pad and tack strips and stain and polish the concrete floor, now that would be pretty indistructable.I've seen stained, polished concrete floors in high end units, one was $1M+ and they looked great.
