I have much respect for service men and women. 

You need to charge enough to cover the excess wear-and-tear of eight men wearing work boots and not cleaning up after themselves.

Also I know a few really good handy men / contractors if your in need of a few.

@Cassi Justiz thanks so much for that response and suggestion and I know my school offers some of those for upper class men so I’ll see what I will be eligible next year.

#BelieveAllWomen  LOLI know you can't discriminate based on familial status, but any competent landlord has to wonder about renting to a 30 year old who has 6 kids from multiple men and another on the way.

I also am looking for any recommendations for repair men / general contractors in the near future to help me renovate a kitchen in the Takoma Park, MD tri-plex.  

An opportunity to purchase 60 or so with apartment and several SFH has come up with an option of owner financing.The opportunity lies in that they are top heaving with paying $100k/yr for 2 maintenance men and the property manager.
