D-Class Tenants: False Rape Claim Leads to Death

This is applicable because it occurred in a rental.

I would love to turn the clock back and run a background check to see what popped up on her. I suspect the Landlord didn't even bother to screen them.

P.S. If you ever have to collect rent, don't go beating on someone's door at 10pm!
