I am entrepreneur looking for ways to diversify and have been looking at properties for a while.

I have a slight edge there because in my days as an entrepreneur I did business all over the world so I know how to read a market quickly, understand laws and find key people.

I'm an entrepreneur, so thinking logically about my decisions is what I do every day.  

Locals don't understand this business, high dollar entry, and you have to be an entrepreneur to do a business.

This is business, think like there're one hundred people who want to open Chinese restaurants, some entrepreneurs would be successful because they do things right, but some will leave the restaurant field immediately because it's too much work to manage.
