I currently am a mechanic/commercial truck driver that is determined to be financially free!

My business closed and I became a truck driver to repair my credit. 

That will be a big driver in what path you take. 

We had a random roofer come by and try to get on the roof and a amazon driver get to close to the house so I posted more signs to stay away.  

I am currently a truck driver so I don’t really live anywhere except on the road.

Great flashlights and extra batteries that fit, super long extender ladder, korkers/or other brands over shoe to go over your steel toe boots, GFCI tester, moisture meter, a dog nose, an extender mirror, shovel to check foundation moisture, respirator as some properties have gross smells or chemical exposure, regular retractable tape measure forget the laser one, 5 gallon bucket, zip lock baggies, brown paper bags, putty knife, variety of screw drivers,Are you checking basements?

I run my dumptruck(I don't but my drivers do) from Lenoir city to Etowah, Tellico to spring city.
