Newbie Looking for Direction

Hey guys!

My name is Zach Beland I am 28 years old. I am currently an apprentice electrician and very motivated to get into real estate investing. I use to work as a software engineer for 6 years at an airline before the pandemic forced them to layoff all contractors. I live in New Hampshire and for a brief time also had my New Hampshire real estate license. I love home building science and have a very good understanding of how to build a healthy and efficient home. I also have a YouTube channel which I do DIY home renovations as well as projects like restoring a 1985 Bayliner boat. I first look into real estate investing was when I was 19 reading Rich Dad Poor Dad. I lost my way and never got started. However, I am here now and feel. My goal is financial independence just like the rest of us! I am looking forward to connecting with all of you!
