You HAVE to think if you want to be succesful.So what you are saying is, you are DELIBERATELY going to target the LOWEST 10% of  AALLLLLL the potential leads out there and spend a fortune doing so.Don't you think  it is smarter to target the other 90% of all the leads out there? 

She's obviously a troublesome tenant, and there's a good chance she will deliberately cause damage on her way out if you upset her.

Also as a Military spouse, I find that very disconcerting to deliberately discriminate against our service members because of the type of loan they choose to use!

In terms of holding the realtor responsible; maybe you can rectify portions of it if you can prove it´s deliberate fraud and have the disclosures and paperwork properly lined up.
