I spent a good part of my childhood here in Niceville and am looking forward to starting my REI career in a place where "it all began" for me.I don't know if you're already plugged in, but there is a an investors group called the P.I.G. that has a few chapters in the area; they also host the occasional speaker.

Great News everybody.I am selling this property under Contract for Deed, at $12,000 after buying it for $5,000.It is a bit of a creative situation.When my Father went to closing, it was not 3 extra lots but the house lot plus 5 lots.I only marketed this property on Facebook and my childhoods best friends Mom is the neighbor.
