Hello everybody. My name is Zach and I live in north Louisiana. I currently have 4 rental properties and help manage another that my parents inherited. I slowly fell into being a landlord around 2010 and have since decided that I want to be an investor and want to absorb as much knowledge as possible while acquiring more houses. I don't want to be a nurse the rest of my life and buy and hold is what seems to fit my personality. I look forward to participating in the BP forums. Happy Investing!!!

Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info. Here you will meet wholesalers who provide deals and rehabbers (cash buyers). Find them through Google and meetup.com
