I also used Foremost but I recently got a private money loan through Benchmark Capitol in Grand Rapids and they also offer insurance which ended up being MUCH cheaper than Foremost so I switched.

I'm full time, will do about 40 deals this year- half rehabbing, half wholesaling.On my gross profit for the year- so my net income off both rehabbing and wholesaling deals, my total expenses- direct mail, salaries, overhead, etc- are running about 25%Curious how that benchmarks to other full time wholesalers/rehabbers

When I transitioned to RE my returns doubled and I was getting consistent pay checks month in and month out.When you compare RE to stock returns I feel as if so many just look at the S&P and use that as the immediate benchmark for what they would have had as a return.
