Buying an investment property in Nashville

Hello,

My husband and I bought and currently manage rental properties  in South Florida and wanted to branch out and buy something to rent out around the Nashville area. Anyone have recommendations for realtors and property managers? Also, what would be good areas to target? I have heard that Mboro, Smyrna, and Hermitage are more affordable but still good rental markets. We are going to Nashville in October to view properties and were hoping to find something for $150,000 cash.

Thanks,

GJ
