Full Time Wholesalers- What % of Gross Profit Are Your Expenses?
I'm full time, will do about 40 deals this year- half rehabbing, half wholesaling.
On my gross profit for the year- so my net income off both rehabbing and wholesaling deals, my total expenses- direct mail, salaries, overhead, etc- are running about 25%
Curious how that benchmarks to other full time wholesalers/rehabbers
