Twenty or more years ago we would have to put an ad in the newspaper with all kinds of silly abbreviations to keep the ad as small as possible, because the newspaper publisher had to be paid for such ads and charged per line of text that was printed.Be glad you can write out as much text as you want, and even include pictures, for a nominal charge.Having said that, there was another thread on this topic where I tried to see if TurboTenant was charging to place ads on the Zillow network of sites; that could be a solution, and even if not they will post to lots of sites to increase exposure.

As a DA, part of Jerry's job is busting through some entity to hold someone criminally responsible. You can employ tricks and ploys to hide out from a civil attorney seeing if he'll get paid, maybe, but if a judge wants to hold someone criminally negligent, your off shore account and your trickery is probably toast. As to other comments about filings, an 8th grader could figure out how to file an LLC, that's not a problem, it's the Operating Agreement (OA).

If you are wanting some use that allows the public in, you'll need parking, maybe lighting, fencing, restrooms, ADA compliance, storm water retention and who knows what else depending on what you want to do on the property as well as consent of neighbors.
