=) Also one last tip, is when posting if you include keywords like REAPS (real estate investors association of the Puget sound area and Kitsap and Bainbridge and Poulsbo and Port Orchard and Silverdale and Seattle and Tacoma and Gig harbor.

Anyway it feels good to feel like a mover and shaker again and I just finished my real estate class and am taking my test to be an agent at the end of the month.  

I found this the other day in Tacoma wa http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/7611-9th-Avenue-...I used the calculator of BP and took my best assessment of the property.

. $400 for each side dump fee and then the cost for the mover to take them there.  

@Alexander Romanov - welcome, and thank you for introducing yourself to us.Sounds like you already have a fair idea of where you're looking to go with your investing, I would advise you to look south a bit, towards the Tacoma area.
