New Investor in Seattle area

I have been on BP for approximately 6 months and it's time to complete this section.

Like so many here, I got into RE investing after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad.

I live and invest in the greater Seattle area.

I practice two strategies Wholetaling and Long Term Buy and Hold.

I am always on the lookout for opportunities and knowledge.

If you have a property in distressed condition or have a triplex or fourplex please send me a message.

I am super excited about the community we have here.

Alex
