Hi everyone I'm new to this real estate game. I also love the knowledge from this site gives out on a daily basis. now that I've read and listen lots of post on the site I still have a little trouble tell a good deal from a bad. I found this the other day in Tacoma wa http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/7611-9th-Avenue-...

I used the calculator of BP and took my best assessment of the property. Please let me know what you guys think.
