Don't get me wrong Toronto is a large international metropolis but not even close to these Megalopolis cities in terms of population, density, demographics, economics and geography.  

They work on criteria (ex: you want to find accredited investors age 24-65 in (blank) metropolis region who have a net worth of (blank) who are likely, most likely or least likely to invest.

I am not a smart guy , but yet a very simple...Here we go 24k house on Jefferson Ave, amost $3k in taxes for what ?

After all, it's not on the MLS, the official agent is in another country, and the selling agent was basically encouraging me to cut my agent out of the deal.We went back to home base, and I got on the Jefferson county website and did a little searching.

I currently own one rental property in Jefferson City, Missouri.

In the long run we are going to look no different congestion wise than any other west coast metropolis. 

And it is only growing with the new Jefferson Technology Park along Rt. 340.I currently work in Northern Virginia (Ashburn) and even there with the upgrades to Rt. 7 east and west of Leesburg, the area is booming with construction.
