Say $50,000;  don't really need to know, this dictates your search/investment process focus.Size of investment you can do:  With $50,000 at 10% then $500,000 total project; 20% then $250,000.Are you a financial investor or a entrepreneur business owner?

I am entrepreneur looking for ways to diversify and have been looking at properties for a while.

I have a slight edge there because in my days as an entrepreneur I did business all over the world so I know how to read a market quickly, understand laws and find key people.

Locals don't understand this business, high dollar entry, and you have to be an entrepreneur to do a business.
