I have been blessed with 30 days off from my normal W2 Job and in stead of traveling abroad, scuba diving with Nemo or search for the greatest food dish, I plan to dedicate the time I would be working into learning about Real Estate.

I was a submarine nuclear reactor operator and SCUBA diver.I've always had an interest in Real Estate, but never thought to pursue it as a career or as an investment strategy.

Oh and Belize must be beautiful, I've always want to scuba dive there!

I imagine that most people who learn to SCUBA don't make their first dive to 350 feet or among sharks, @Rhonda Chesley.

Last year I quit my job and took some time to travel and pursue a passion of mine, scuba diving, in Fiji and Indonesia.

I'm a scuba diver and he wants to get into diving as well and Delaware/Maryland seem like pretty decent areas for ocean activities.
