If you live in WA state, would you pick your local WA state market over an out of state rental, and why? 

It's nothing like fancy pants hanging around kitchen stores picking out just the right cabinet door and handle pulls.

The wealthy live where they want, the middle class live where they can afford, the poor live in whatever's left over.
