I have never been shy of facing challenges and I truly believe knowledge is power (something my grandfather taught me at a young age)I really want to learn everything there is to learn about realestate and am driven and hungry.Thanks in advance for any suggestions or recommendations.

In 2016 they moved to a one story home due to aging and ended up renting their initial home.

Need so much more info to actually be able to shop rates  :)  No points, 110k, SFR, regular purchase financing, the house is worth around 140k.

@Guifre Morai am searching for a HELOC or refi so I have some capital to take advantage of any future deals, sounds like HELOCs have been frozen, anyone have any info.
