I did a renovation to the interior of my house, did not do anything to front facade, fixed and stucco the facade on the back of the house.The appraiser/lender, I believe is leaning towards exterior only, but I think my interior is better and it will not be included as part of the appraisal, and I believe it will hurt my valuation.

I recently purchased a two-story rowhome in South Philly with a nice brick facade.

Town code enforcement should care if the facade is a hazard. 

The consideration for me would be if the structure is block or if the structure is wood frame with block facade.

Aspects like location, building structure, building floors, floor lay-out, building length and depth, stairs, elevators, and facade are needed be looked into when considering the conversion.

This is the building facade and I would like to get it redone. 

They typically have brick or asbestos facades, pier foundations (crawl space), tiny kitchens, small closets, and wood-burning fireplaces.

(The unit was in overall good shape and we put on new paint, but cabinets were old/facade starting to peal.

The right shrubs would also allow u to control where peoples eyes navigate to on the facade of the house.
