I'm in an electrical apprenticeship so I can connect with many different trades when I decide to get into other areas of real estate.

& No i have not met with any license professionals, BUT I am currently working on an letter of apprenticeship to send out to various real estate investors.May I ask, how long did you attend school and what did you attend school for?

Will that said, based on the fact that I don’t want to go back to a corporate W2 9-5 job, I am considering an apprenticeship or trade school in carpentry, plumbing or the like.

Fortunately, there are innumerable ways to learn--listen to BP podcasts, read books, watch youtube videos, do an apprenticeship with a RE investor, work as a carpenter's apprentice, go to REIA meetings, etc., etc.

Some shops will even pay for your schooling to get you through your apprenticeship.

It takes time but learning under someone (like an apprenticeship) shortens the learning curve.
