My advice would be to call it an office or nursery depending on who you think your prospective tenants are. 

More specific ideas for business that still operate these days: scrubs shop, medical equipment, bikes shop, pet stores, hardware stores, nurseries, beauty supplies, dollar stores, cannabis store (if legal in your state) or CBD products store, vape/smoke shops, doughnut stores, Fitness equipment store, pop-up COVID testing centers.Bonus round:If your location has a big parking lot, you can set up a "movie drive-in" on some nights and have the businesses in the strip serve the food/drinks.

A current client of mine EVEN had to pay a nursery/supply yard for sod that his landscaper bought on account, that was delivered to the property, after the landscaper never paid the nursery/supply yard. 

It was a Nursery and the old lady gave me a year to get a loan and pay it off.

We also plan to maybe have kids eventually, the condo comes with 2 bedrooms we could use one for the nursery and split the living room for a small playground.
