Heck, you process debit cards if you insist for 1/10th the cost and non-reversible. 

I have done it with some contractors taking Paypal where you can use a credit card on that site with a fee, or QuickBooks is another one too.

Certainly will be sure to ask to see the card before signing an official agreement.Wouldn't be asking about cigarettes or cigars.

@Ryan Vienneau I'm a Buildium customer too, and it blows my mind they don't have credit card tracking in 2017.

We have had two homes broken into and materials stolen recently.

After all rape is just the word of the victim that it was not consensual sex, breaking and entering, well the door was already broken, every theft, every credit card fraud, well the owner said I could. 

They have stolen my money as well as hundreds of others.  

I would say as an agent if a property is in a rough area I don't put signs since it can attract those bad apples or get stolen. 

One broken window, one missed month of rent, one eviction, one stolen refirgerator and so on, and all you've bought is a headache.
