I have asked the property management company to coordinate with the neighbor since the tree was neglected and he is liable. 

I've been looking at some properties and before I get started, I wanted to know does anyone have any reputable General Contractor/Contractor along with property manager in Columbus, GA because I haven't had much of luck in that department yet?

Managing rentals from out of state isn’t easy.

Can it integrate with your bookkeeping software (like QuickBooks or a property management tool)?

-Kwanza  I believe the biggest lesson I learned is that you should manage the property manager, particularly at the start of the relationship.

I am on the board of the RPA (Rental Property Association of Wisconsin, a non-profit) and typically hear if things like this are an issue from our members or attorneys.

Why are you communicating with the tenants if you have a property manager?
