Our Turnkey model is to acquire properties in strategic areas, renovate them to retail standards, place a qualified tenant, and manage the property for our clients. Interest rates have made it too difficult to find great deals in the other categories. I have been in real estate for 7+ years now and started with listening to bigger pockets while riding my bike to and from the CrossFit gym. I had no experience, and minimal savings. I decided to get my real estate license and start in wholesaling so that I could get acquainted with finding and analyzing deals. Most of my clients buy their first ever property with me and so far as many as their 6th and 7th. After 7 years of being in the business we now have a portfolio of rentals that cash flow about $12,000 a month.
